It shows how harsh the living conditions could be in the 1900’s and is the third building on the Estate to be classified by the Historic Buildings Council. The other two buildings are the Castle and the Cheese Tasting Room (formerly the bottling hall and cellar).

A guided tour of the grounds and historic buildings can be arranged by appointment at 11am every Saturday and Sunday.
