Petit Blanc is French for "Little White", and is a refreshing dry wine full of crisp fruity flavours and with a fresh, zesty finish. Served chilled, it is perfect for any occasion.
Petit Blanc sounds like the name of a variety, but actually we just made it up. It is the oh-so-chic name for our new blend. We make this wine from a selection of classic varieties, predominantly Chardonnay, to make a balanced, refreshing white wine.
In order to make the most of the vibrant fruit flavours grapes are kept as cool as possible and treated as gently as possible. Pressing is followed by a long, cool fermentation and bottling soon after vintage - all to preserve the maximum aromatics and fresh flavours.
Perfect drinking on its own, just as a lovely refreshing glass of wine, it will also match well with light summer salads or perhaps Thai or Vietnamese cuisine.
